When I try to map my DIDs, the only mapping option I can see in the Map selected DID(s) to field is None.
All services at GlobexCamCalls are activated and added to customer‘s account instantly after they are being purchased. You may start configuring and using your services even if the order is still shown as pending, with the probable exception of services marked in red.
Services usually appear in red because either the number requires registration, or your account has not been verified yet. In any case GlobexCamCalls Customer Service staff will try to contact you within 24 hours from the purchase made by the contact details provided on your account, therefore please make sure that your given information is up-to-date at all times.
Only after your account is verified or the number is registered, your order will be completed and you will be able to make necessary changes in your number configuration.
